We’re living in survival mode; chronically distracted, disillusioned, and pulled away from a life meant to be lived in the present. We scroll endlessly on screens, consume foods our bodies don’t recognize, and outsource movement to machines indoors. We don’t know our neighbors, yet somehow feel connected to strangers across the globe.

When did we become so disconnected?



Perfect Days was created to restore real-life interaction and make space for genuine connection, bringing people back into their bodies, their communities, and the moments that actually matter.

After 30+ combined years of experience working in premiere fitness and wellness spaces with market leading brands, founders Danielle, Ken and Gabe decided to take on the fitness revolutions themselves.

They’ve coached thousands, built media houses, led national campaigns, launched products, platforms, and programs that reached millions, but the work that mattered most always happened in quieter moments; helping someone trust their body again, rebuild their energy, and reconnect to what makes them feel alive.

Perfect Days was built as an antidote to hustle culture wellness. A place where strength meets softness. Where science lives alongside soul. Where community comes before comparison.

Perfect Days was born from a simple belief that humans deserve harmony. 
We feel better when we move slower, think clearer and connect deeper. 
When we can better take care of ourselves, we can better take care of the earth. 

As founders we were tired of being and watching people who rush through 
their lives; burned out, chronically ill, and disconnected, so we created a 
place that restores peace in mind, body and soul.

Our mission is to guide people into a more intentional way of living, one rooted in movement, mindfulness and a renewed relationship with the world around them. Through experiences, workshops, retreats, and community events, we help you rebuild the foundation of your wellbeing. 

Perfect Days isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about creating the conditions 
for small, sustainable shifts; the kind that change how you feel today and 
shape who you become over time.
