Danielle Bitts
Artist, athlete, and multimedia storyteller, Danielle’s purpose is driven by connection. She’s a Certified Wellness Coach drawn to helping others find the path to healthier and more sustainable lives. A recovering corporate burnout and former Division 1 athlete, Danielle’s finding peace in the process of slowing down and living life more intentionally. She holds degrees in journalism and sociology and is innately enamored with understanding relationships and human dynamics. She’s a believer that the core pillars of wellness start with movement, nutrition, sleep and stress management, and has equipped herself with tools to evolve both herself and her clients. From chasing waves in Costa Rica to hiking the Salkantay trail to Machu Picchu, Danielle believes a connection to nature is at the root of everyone’s journey.
Gabe Snow
Serving New Yorkers as a trainer and human development coach for over a decade, Gabe approaches training with a holistic methodology. He centers his practice around the notion of “Mind Leads, Body Follows” and insists that in order to have a healthy body, we must first have a healthy mind. Gabe holds a degree in psychology and human behavior, and has trained as a collegiate athlete and competitive bodybuilder. He specializes in movement theory, mobility, nutrition and supplementation guidance, nervous system resets and incorporating mental, emotional and spiritual health practices into his training sessions. Gabe believes in the search for individual purpose, expanding + exploring social networks and discovering spirituality to mold a life of fulfillment.
Ken Yu
A former criminal defense attorney, Ken turned his passion into a profession and became a certified personal trainer in 2015. Hailing from Laguna, California, Ken grew up mere steps from some of the best waves in the world and brought his west coast tranquility to the Big Apple. Ken was ranked as Equinox’s top 100 trainers nationwide three years in a row and is now scaling the ranks of industry leader, Life Time. Ken aims to streamline the process of helping people create reasonable goals, implement productive habits, and track their overall progress. Former college athlete and current everyday athlete, Ken understands the physical, mental and emotional disciplines needed to perform at the highest level. Holding a degree in Cognitive Science with a specialization in human cognition, Ken strives to go below the surface to help people understand how they can change and sustain approachable habits to increase the quality of their life.
